At Cypress Chase North #3, we have retained Juda Eskew and Associates (JEA) to provide accounting services for our condominium. The firm maintains the association's financial records and provides a paperless online system for monthly maintenance payments.
After you purchase at Cypress Chase North, please contact JEA to create an online account at the customer service portal:

At the portal you can access your account to:
- View your ledger balance
- Pay Maintenance Fees
- Request documents (for example, estoppels, questionnaires, financial records for refinancing)
Payment options
- Autopay can be setup at your own bank.
- BB&T (Truist) Financial Centers at the teller window with your coupon
- BB&T (Truist) online payments
