Application Required

Prospective purchasers and tenants must complete an application for residency. The application should include all persons 18 years of age or older who will reside in the unit.

Process Overview

1. Submit documents
2. Complete background check
3. CCN3 Board provides further instructions and schedules screening interview

Submit Documents

Please email the following to CypressChaseNorth3@gmail.com:

• Contact info for the applicant: name, phone number and email.
• If you are purchasing, provide the complete sales contract and the loan approval when
  you receive it. (Please include all pages.)
• If you are renting, provide the complete lease contract, and submit a leasing approval contingency (Click Here for a copy).
• For prospective owners, a six-month maintenance will be held in escrow during their ownership.
• For prospective tenants, the equavalent of one-month rent will be held in escrow during their residency. 

Background Check

All applicants must complete a background check form online with United Screening.

Last Step

After you have submitted the documents and completed the background check, the CCN3 Board will contact you with instructions to complete the process and to schedule a screening interview.
